Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Our appointments hold significant value! We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend. If you have an upcoming appointment, you will receive an SMS reminder two days before the scheduled time. Please note that this reminder is a courtesy and does not absolve you of the responsibility to keep your appointments.
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that our team is available to provide you with the best possible appointment times when you book. It also allows us to have sufficient time to accommodate last-minute requests by filling gaps in our calendar!
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within the 24-hour period prior to your appointment time will incur a fee.
Deposit Procedure, All appointments required a booking deposit to secure an appointment at Skin Rejuvenate Joondalup. This deposit can be used towards payment of treatments or future booking deposits.
Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled via our booking website, by phone, or in person.
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled or shortened,The complete treatment cost will continue to be applicable.
Member Appointments
We allocated several appointment times each day to accomodate our Member Treatments. If you are unable to attend your allocated Member Treatment we request that you make contact with us to reschedule to a time that works for yourself and our Clinic.
Members are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If this notice is not provided, they will forfeit their monthly membership appointment.
If a Member arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled or shortened. This will still be counted as your monthly appointment.
